Dr. Cole Greves is a double-board-certified maternal fetal care surgeon with the Orlando Health Women’s Institute Center for Fetal Care. He serves as medical director of the hospital’s antepartum and women’s intensive care unit and assistant director of medical education. Dr. Greves works with women whose pregnancies are complicated by maternal medical problems or fetal congenital diseases. His expertise includes:

  • Fetal in-utero repair of myelomeningocele
  • Teratomas
  • Pulmonary masses
  • Congenital masses and lesions
  • Congenital central nervous system brain and spinal anomalies
  • Fetal hydrocephalus

Dr. Greves’ Training

Dr. Greves earned his bachelor’s degree in human physiology, genetics and cell biology at the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis and received his medical degree from the University of North Dakota in Grand Forks. He completed his residency at Orlando Health and a fellowship in maternal fetal medicine at the University of Rochester Strong Memorial Hospital in New York.

About Dr. Greves

Dr. Greves is board certified in obstetrics and gynecology and maternal-fetal medicine by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and is a fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists.

He serves on the faculty of the University of Central Florida College of Medicine in Orlando.

Dr. Greves has conducted extensive research during his career, and he is the principal investigator on a Cesarean section study and co-investigator on a sepsis study. He also is a frequent presenter at medical conferences and meetings.
