As Central Florida's only designated teaching hospital, Orlando Regional Medical Center supports graduate medical education programs in seven residencies, including emergency medicine, internal medicine, OB-GYN, orthopedics, pathology, pediatrics and surgery. U.S.News & World Report has ranked ORMC among “America’s Best Hospitals” for cardiac care (three out of four years). Also, for four consecutive years, ORMC was among 152 hospitals nationally to be named a “Consumer Choice Award” winner by National Research Corporation.
