When picking up patients, please use our convenient Discharge Service Center drive, located just to the left of the hospital's main entrance.
There are two ATM machines in the hospital now. One is located in the South Tower down the black tile hallway near Starbucks next to the ladies restroom. The other is located near the Business Center in the North Tower near Subway.
Our chapel is open to anyone seeking solace through prayers and meditation. The Chapel is located on the first floor, just off the main lobby. Chaplains are available 24 hours a day for patients, families, and staff of Orlando Regional Medical Center.
Medical emergencies are not planned and can be a discomfort for patients and their families. Sometimes in these situations, our patients are left without clothing and may not have the resources to obtain new clothing.
At ORMC, we treat our patients with the upmost dignity and respect. The Clothes Closet helps to guarantee this treatment by giving clothing to our discharged patients who are in need. As medical emergencies happen daily and the need for clothing increases, The Clothes Closet is in need of new unused items listed below:

Meal service is provided to all patients from 7:00am-7:00pm. A host/hostess visits the patient three times a day to get food selections. Patients may also call the Food & Nutrition Diet Office to place their food selections anytime during open hours of operation. After-hours selections are also available through the nursing team.
There are several options for cafeteria service at Orlando Regional Medical Center.
The main cafeteria is open with a wide variety of menu options.
Hours of operation are 7 days a week 5:30 am – 3:30 am.
Oasis café located on the 4th floor is open Monday – Friday 7:00 am – 2:00 pm.
Vending machines are available 24/7 in the ED.
A gift shop is located in the main lobby and offers small gift items, cards, inspirational items, flowers and candy. The gift shop is open 7:00am until 8:00pm Monday through Friday and 11:00am until 6:00pm on the weekends.

Our well informed staff will be happy to assist you in finding your way around our campus, providing information on the downtown Orlando area, or helping you in any way we can. They are available to serve patients, their families, visitors, and hospital team members.
For the comfort and convenience of our guests, a Guest Services representative is available at the Information Desk in the main lobby to assist you. They are available Monday through Friday from 6:00am until 9:00pm as well as Saturday and Sunday from 8:00am until 7:00pm.
For your convenience, there is also a Guest Services desk located in the Emergency Department. A representative is available 24 hours, 7 days a week to assist you.

A convenient mail slot is located by the south tower elevators outside the cafeteria for U.S. stamped mail with pickup Monday through Friday.
Our Security team is available around the campus to assist in your safety during your time with us. They are available to accompany you or your guests to your vehicle after hours if desired, may offer vehicle assistance should you need help, and handle any Lost and Found items.

All patient rooms have telephones for local and incoming calls. Courtesy telephones are located at the Guest Services desk throughout the hospital.
ORMC is equipped with basic cable on our televisions. Additionally, channel 10 is Hospital Information and channel 16 is ORMC Entertainment / Movies.
Bus Stop - The local Lynx bus stops are located on Orange Avenue, at Miller for southbound travel and at Fernwood to travel north towards downtown.

Valet services are available at the location and times listed below. There is a $8 fee upon arrival.
ORMC Main Entrance: 5am - 10pm Mon - Fri – 9am 5:30pm weekends/holidays
Orlando Health Cancer Institute Main entrance: 6am -8pm Mon – Fri, closed weekends/holidays
